1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the oceaNakama website and the booking of diving courses through the platform.

2. User Registration

To book a course you need to create an account. The user agrees to provide truthful information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Bookings and Payments

• The booking is confirmed once full payment for the course is completed.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: full refund.
• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 7 days: no refund.
• oceaNakama reserves the right to cancel a course due to force majeure, offering a full refund or date change.

5. Course Requirements

The student must meet the medical and prior certification requirements indicated in each course. oceaNakama may refuse participation if these requirements are not met.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and respectful. oceaNakama reserves the right to moderate and reject inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, design) is the property of oceaNakama and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

oceaNakama is not responsible for damages arising from incorrect use of the platform or from diving practice outside contracted activities.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
